Solution: Lego Brick by Brick
Answer: HIBISCUS

Start by noticing that there are lego pieces arranged into square rings, one of which has a base plate on the bottom. This piece is the bottom piece. There is another piece with a base plate that has a hashtag symbol on top. The hashtag is a clue that you are looking for a number, and it makes a nice top piece.

From here, stack the square rings on top of the bottom piece so that each colour forms a number on the side of the tower. It will end up looking like this:

Reading from the top down in rainbow order around the tower, we get 10372. A little research tells us LEGO Kit #10372 is called Hibiscus, which is the answer to the puzzle.
